Cancellation Policy

In order to respect your stylistʼs schedule, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For late cancellations or no-show appointments, 50% of your service total will be charged. Appointments made online will automatically be charged 50% through our online booking system.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform guests on waitlists of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules booked. Thank you for your understanding.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND TEXTS

As a courtesy, we will email and/or text you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees. If you DO NOT receive a text and/or email to confirm your appointment, chances are your appointment was not booked. Please reach out to us if you feel there has been any errors.
